Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal! That being said, Paper Cut Supplies will accept returns for any unopened, unused product within 14 days of your order. It is vital that all original packaging be included to qualify for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns Procedure: Contact us at returns@papercutsupplies.com for more information on how to submit a return request. We will respond to your request within two business days.

Please allow up to 21 days for returns to be processed and credit issued. Why up to 21 days? Because we must wait for the product to arrive at one of our warehouses. They must not just receive it, they must check it in, make sure it's in resalable condition, do the paperwork for the return. Then that information needs to be filtered back to our accounting department where they go throw normal accounting procedures and then return your payment. Simply put, we wish there were a faster and more efficient way to do this but given that our warehouses process thousands of orders per day it's just the way it's got to be.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning products. Paper Cut Supplies will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was received from what was ordered. Reports of damaged items, wrong items or defective items must be made within one week of receipt of shipment. A return shipping cost of $19.99 will apply to your order if it is above $99. If your order is below $99, a $9.95 return shipping charge will apply.
